Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sidephone account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the device securely in its original packaging, including all original accessories, cables, and manuals.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
